NAWMSAYN, LLC ("us", "we", or "our") operates www.lilwhodyson.com (the "Site"). This page informs you of our policies regarding returns and refunds for items purchased from the Site.
Returns
We accept returns within 45 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and unopened, in its original condition, and has all its packaging and accessories. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at info@lilwhodyson.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return process. Damaged products or discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 10% may apply to returned items that are not defective or were ordered in error. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@lilwhodyson.com.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, a return address will be provided by e-mail or original shipping label. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
